I gained muscle while losing fat in my mid section. I strengthened my core, improved my endurance through intense cardio training, and gained a knowledge of the sport of kickboxing.
Tim's knowledge of the sports of Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and Wrestling are infused into his classes. He takes the quality of instruction seriously, but knows how to make students the best they can be, while giving their all and leaving everything on the mat! An endorphin high after every class!
Instructor Tim conducts a high-impact, disciplined but energetic class that brought people together, forged friendships, and created a love for the martial arts.I enjoyed how Tim made the classes fun, informative and relevant. I built confidence in my abilities in the martial arts which carried over into all aspects of my life. Tim changes the class every time to keep your body guessing what’s to come.
