Competition and Weight Cutting

Well folks, good new and bad news. Bad news first. Due to schedule conflicts, I will not be competing on the date that I had planned. It sucks, but duty calls. Now the good news. I’m still staying on track with the Diet Solution Program because I’ve already lost 5 pounds in the last week. And that was only using the information on day 1 of the newsletter. I’m really looking forward to the rest of the plan.

The nice part is, I don’t have to starve myself on crappy flavorless food. I simply rediscovered a lot of awesome, healthy, delicious foods that I’ve been overlooking, while cutting out some other, less necessary parts of my diet.

Has anyone else tried the Diet Solution Program?

I have to say, so far, I’m loving the results. Even though I’m not competing in the next couple weeks, there’s more right around the corner. And instead of radically dangerous weight cutting and starvation tactics, I think I’m going to stick to this plan.
